Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, or related functions; telecom experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for client/stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Track KPI progress: controllable margin, accounts receivables collection rate, cash flow and other performance indicators.
• Perform financial and business performance analysis and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate monthly follow-up meetings to drive improvements.
• Conduct background checks, financial due diligence and credit assessment for projects; review financial terms and risks.
• Support annual budgeting, budgeting allocation and periodic forecasting; monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
• Review vendor payment requests and verify invoice accuracy; ensure compliance with contracts.
• Review employee reimbursement claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance and training to business teams; promote policy compliance.
• Collaborate with headquarter and regional teams to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and regional initiatives as required.
