Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a 6-month contract role in the finance team. You will support daily accounting operations, assist with AR/GL, billing, and financial reporting while liaising with internal departments.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, internship experience, and strong Excel skills. Meticulous, numbers-driven individuals with good communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Relevant accounting or finance internship experience would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with numbers.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to commit to the 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations.
• Assist with financial accounting, costing and management accounting activities.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Assist with billing, payment collection and preparation of financial schedules.
• Prepare financial reports and support corporate governance matters.
• Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
