Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented finance support staff to assist in financial accounting, costing, management accounting and governance processes. You will handle AR or GL duties, including billing, collections and schedules, and coordinate with other departments on finance matters.

You will prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to miscellaneous finance and administrative tasks as required. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Support finance-related functions, including financial accounting, costing, management accounting, and corporate governance.
• Perform Accounts Receivable or General Ledger duties, including billing, collections, and preparation of schedules.
• Work closely with other departments on finance-related matters.
• Prepare reports and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
