Job summary

Musim Mas Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a finance team, oversee statutory and management reporting, and partner with stakeholders across the organization.

The role focuses on steering financial reporting for trading and shipping entities, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Chartered Accountant credential, 8+ years of managerial finance experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline, preferably from a local university.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance managerial experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, develop, and build strong relationships within teams and across functions.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, structured, and detail-oriented work approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP Business One, BI tools, and project management would be advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for trading and shipping entities, including dashboards and quarterly submissions to Group Consolidation.
• Manage fiscal reporting, including review of tax computations, transfer pricing reports, and internal tax reporting packages.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring timely filing of statutory accounts and tax returns for Singapore entities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and risk management requirements.
• Lead and participate in ad hoc projects, including system implementations and enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
