The successful candidate will manage a high‑performing finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to safeguard financial integrity across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, Big 4 experience preferred.
• Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly and quarterly management reports; prepare variance analyses and insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement financial controls.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for accurate reporting and compliance.
