Job summary

DayOne Data Centers is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The role focuses on governance, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support business decisions.

The candidate will lead a finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes at DayOne's Singapore hub.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting with professional qualifications.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly/quarterly management reports with variance analyses.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies.
• Monitor performance vs targets and prepare variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team and drive improvements.
• Draft and review technical accounting papers and policy updates.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
