Job summary

Hunt Talent Partners PTE LTD is partnering with an established Singapore-headquartered precision engineering group to appoint a Finance Manager to strengthen the Group Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and treasury management across entities, with exposure to M&A and transformation initiatives, in a role based in the West.

You will lead the monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting and ensure IFRS/SFRS compliance, while driving governance and process

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Consolidation and IFRS/SFRS compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial reporting and governance.
• Exposure to treasury management and M&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting operations.
• Lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and IFRS compliance.
• Treasury management including cash flow planning and working capital optimisation.
• Support M&A activities and post-acquisition integration.
