Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. in Outram, Singapore, is seeking a Finance Manager (Property Industry) to lead the group’s financial consolidation, reporting and statutory matters.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work with a team to ensure compliance with SGX rules and relevant standards while supporting audit and regulatory requirements. • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidation, financial reporting and statutory matters across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, SGX and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the finance team and collaborate with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders on tax, transfer pricing, reporting and Board-related matters.
