Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a Finance Manager – Non Profit to lead month-end closings, ensure grant reporting under Singapore FRS, and manage fund utilisation.

You will build strong controls, coordinate audits, and support governance filings. You will partner with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance decisions while mentoring a finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in Singapore FRS, fund accounting, and grant reporting.
• Proven leadership in developing finance teams and systems enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closings with accurate reporting aligned to Singapore FRS.
• Oversee accounting for grants, donations, and fund utilisation; ensure compliance and controls.
• Establish and strengthen financial policies, processes, and internal controls; liaise with audits.
• Coordinate statutory filings and governance-related records; support board/committee reporting.
• Mentor and guide finance executives in reporting and professional development.

Finance Manager – Non Profit Sector

• Financial Management & Reporting – Lead month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely, accurate reporting aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Oversee proper accounting for grants, donations, and fund utilisation.
• Controls & Compliance – Establish and strengthen financial policies, processes, and internal controls. Be the main liaison for internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvements in systems and workflows.
• Governance Support – Coordinate statutory filings, maintain records of board and committee meetings, and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• People Management – Providing guidance to a team of finance executives in reporting and responsible for their personal development

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CPA, ACA, or equivalent) highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and controllership, with at least 3years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in Singapore FRS, fund accounting, and grant reporting.
