Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager in Singapore East to oversee accounting activities, month-end close, and consolidated reporting.

You will manage inventories, cash flow, and working capital while ensuring compliance and timely reporting for statutory and regulatory requirements. You will partner with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and drive improvements across finance processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee accounting activities performed by the accounting Officers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, sub-group consolidation, and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner with Department Heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and operational targets.
• Analyze financial performance against budget, identify key variances, and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor revenue and cost drivers, providing insights to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of management, board, and investor reporting materials, providing financial analysis and business insights.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance finance reporting tools and systems.

• Good knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit management.

Salary: Up to $9K
