Job summary

QUALITAS HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across multiple entities. The role partners with business leaders to drive accurate reporting and strategic decision-making while leading a finance team.

You will manage group consolidation, budgeting, variance analysis, and liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance. A healthcare multi-entity background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance with professional qualification preferred.
• External audit experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in group consolidation across multiple entities is essential.
• Proven people management experience (leading a team of 4–5).
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with MYOB/Acumatica is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity or healthcare/services group is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements at country/group level.
• Close monthly for 1-2 entities with journal entries, reconciliations, reporting.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
• Prepare group reporting and management decks.
• Lead and develop a finance team; enforce strong controls.
• Provide financial insights to operational/clinical leaders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and IRAS/ACRA.
• Support acquisitions, integration, and finance transformation.
