Job summary

QUALITAS HEALTHCARE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager to oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across entities, partnering with business leaders to drive accuracy and strategic decisions. You will lead a team, coordinate audits, and support budgeting and finance transformation initiatives.

The role requires hands-on consolidation experience, strong Excel skills, and a professional qualification. Healthcare background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience consolidating group financials across multiple entities.
• Strong people management experience (team of 4-5).
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• External audit experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; MYOB Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity or healthcare/services groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements at country/group level
• Handle monthly closing for 1-2 entities directly, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage and review intercompany eliminations, minority interest, and consolidation adjustments across entities in different business lines
• Prepare and review in group reporting, including preparation of management presentation decks
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance staff, establishing clear performance expectations and ensuring a high standard of financial controls and reporting
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial insights, support cost management initiatives, and drive business performance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries during statutory audits
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and statutory/regulatory reporting requirements (IRAS, ACRA)
• Support acquisition, integration, and finance transformation initiatives, including onboarding newly acquired clinics and standardizing finance processes across the group
