Job summary

GOODWILL ENTERTAINMENT HOLDING LIMITED is seeking a results-driven finance professional to oversee the group’s financial consolidation and reporting. You will lead the Malaysia Finance team and collaborate closely with the Singapore team to ensure accurate group statements.

Responsibilities include managing intercompany transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, liaising with external auditors, and supporting budgets and forecasts through detailed financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in group accounting, audit, or listed company.
• Bachelor’s or professional degree in accounting & finance.
• Meticulous, independent and driven with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group.
• Lead Malaysia Finance team and coordinate with Singapore team.
• Monitor compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws and policies.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and communicate impacts to senior management.
• Manage intercompany transactions within the group and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Assist in development of group budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
