PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A / Finance Business Partnering to support a large, dynamic business function in Singapore. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and insightful business partnering with senior stakeholders.

You will lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and monthly management reporting, monitor performance against targets, and identify cost-saving opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Experience evaluating business cases and financial assumptions.

Finance Manager – FP&A / Finance Business Partnering

Contract: 6 months (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: Nov 2026
Location: Serangoon North
Salary: $8,000 – $8,700 per month

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong FP&A and Finance Business Partnering experience to support a large and dynamic business function.

This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders to provide financial insights, support business performance, drive cost optimisation and evaluate investment decisions.

The successful candidate will play a key role across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide financial insights, commercial advice and recommendations.

• Lead and coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly management reporting.

• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide variance and trend analysis.

• Track key financial KPIs and provide management with insights to support business decisions.

• Analyse operating expenses, cost drivers and financial trends.

• Identify and evaluate cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.

• Support the preparation and review of business cases, financial assumptions and investment proposals.

• Analyse depreciation trends and support financial forecasts.

• Conduct financial assessments of vendors, projects and business initiatives.

• Monitor project spending and ensure appropriate and timely financial recognition.

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely financial and management reporting.

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improve financial performance.

• Provide financial support for new business and technology-related initiatives.

• Develop a strong understanding of business cost structures and their interdependencies.

• Apply strong analytical skills to support business case evaluation and project-related financial decisions.

• Manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.

• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and finance business partnering.

• Good understanding of accounting standards and financial systems.

• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

• Experience evaluating business cases and financial assumptions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Experience in a large MNC, technology, telecommunications or similar complex business environment would be advantageous.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
