Job summary

Savills Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to lead the AHPL Group's accounting and reporting functions. The role starts hands‑on with finance operations, month‑end close, and reporting, then expands to statutory compliance and management reporting across the group.

The candidate will manage multi‑entity financials, ensure Singapore FRS, GST, and tax compliance, and liaise with auditors and regulators. 7–10 years' experience and ACCA/Accountancy degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in project accounting / construction / M&E / facilities businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, notably Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities

• Manage full financial accounting for AHPL Group including GL and intercompany.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly, and year‑end closes.
• Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and insights.
• Ensure AHPL reporting aligns with Savills Singapore consolidation.
• Support board packs and financial summaries for senior leadership.
• Maintain audit‑ready records and documentation.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, payroll interface, and cash management.
• Strengthen controls on project accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
• Liaise with Group Finance, auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

About the role

The role will start with a hands‑on focus on finance operations, month-end close, and reporting. Over time, it will expand to oversee finance operations, statutory compliance, and management reporting across the Alpina Holdings Pte Ltd Group in alignment with Savills Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full financial accounting function for AHPL Group, including GL, reconciliations, and intercompany


• Lead monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end closing processes within set timelines


• Prepare and review management accounts, variance analysis, and business performance insights


• Ensure AHPL reporting aligns with Savills Singapore consolidation requirements


• Support preparation of board packs and financial summaries for senior leadership


• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST, and corporate tax requirements


• Liaise with Group Finance, external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities


• Maintain audit-ready records, supporting schedules, and documentation


• Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations: AP, AR, GL, payroll interface, and cash management


• Strengthen financial controls around project accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition

About you

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent, with 7 – 10 years of relevant working experience


• Experience in project accounting / construction / M&E / facilities-related businesses preferred


• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements


• Proven ability to manage tight reporting timelines and multi‑entity structures


• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, with ability to operate in evolving environments


• Experience in ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and finance transformation is advantageous
