Job summary

CACEIS Singapore is seeking a Local Head of Finance to lead the Accounting, Reporting & Change Team, owning all Finance regulatory, statutory, head office and tax reporting for Singapore entities. You will act as the Finance SME and business partner for key local stakeholders, including ExCO members, driving strategy and management of the Singapore Finance function.

The role includes serving as main contact for regulator/auditors, overseeing month-end close, year-end audit, and implementing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting, Reporting & Change Team and own all regulatory, statutory and tax reporting for Singapore entities.
• Act as Finance SME and Business Partner for key local stakeholders including ExCO members.
• Manage month-end close, year-end audit and statutory submissions with local regulators and auditors.
• Drive process improvements and changes in accounting systems balancing efficiency and controls.
• Enhance business partnering to support country strategy and transformation.
