Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a Finance Business Partner to influence decisions beyond reporting, partnering with the leadership team on budgets, forecasts and long-range plans in a dynamic IT environment in Singapore.

You will drive action by identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and collaborating on bids, pricing, investments and cost decisions while turning complex data into clear messages for senior leadership.

About the role

An established organization in the information technology industry that delivers high-value projects is hiring a Finance Business Partner for its technology solutions business. This role is for a commercially sharp FP&A professional who wants to influence decisions, not just report on them.

You will partner the leadership team across budgets, forecasts, long-range plans and performance reviews, with the focus on finding actions that improve results. You will identify the real drivers of performance and raise risks and opportunities early, working with the business on bids, pricing, investments, and cost decisions. You will turn complex numbers into clear messages for senior leadership, and help streamline and automate planning and reporting with digital and AI tools.

Requirements

You’ll have a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, ideally with ACCA, CA or CPA; with at least 8 years of relevant FP&A and business partnering experience. A background in information technology, engineering or other project-based businesses is highly preferred. You are a clear communicator and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
