Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks an experienced FP&A Lead to drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple sites in Singapore. You will develop and enhance financial models for CAPEX, new markets and strategic initiatives, partnering with the CFO and senior leadership to influence decisions.

You will act as a finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams, delivering KPI dashboards and data-driven insights to improve performance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications preferred.
• 10+ years in regional FP&A and finance partnering, preferably in tech/telecom/asset-intensive industries.
• Strong Excel, Tableau/Power BI and ERP proficiency; strong modelling and reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen; translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence senior leadership.

The Job

• Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle across multiple sites, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and long-range financial planning.
• Build and enhance financial models to support capacity expansion, CAPEX investments, new market entry and other strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that shape strategic and operational decision-making.
• Act as a key finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams, evaluating business cases for new contracts, investments and expansion opportunities.
• Drive data-led financial management through KPI dashboards, management reporting and analysis of operational and commercial performance.
• Leverage advanced Excel modelling and scenario analysis to support sensitivity analysis, decision-making and board-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes, enhancing the quality, efficiency and timeliness of management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in regional Finance Business Partnering, FP&A and financial analysis, ideally within the technology, telecommunications or asset-intensive industries.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau/Power BI and ERP systems, with proven experience in financial modelling, data analysis and management reporting.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
