Job summary

Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Finance & Budget Analyst for a 10-month contract based in Jurong West. You will support budget planning, tracking, reporting and process documentation to aid management decisions.

Responsibilities include overseeing expenditures, forecasts, grant administration, procurement and financial reporting, and preparing dashboards. A diploma in finance or related field with strong Excel skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance, budgeting, grants administration or operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Job description

This will be a 10-months contract position (with possibility of conversion) based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• Budget planning, tracking and reporting.
• Setting up and documenting finance, budget management and reporting processes.
• Oversee expenditure, commitments, forecasts and budget utilization
• Prepare updates for management.
• Grant administration, project budgeting, procurement and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate budget submissions, claims, purchase requests and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain finance dashboards, trackers and operating procedures.
• Other related finance and operational duties.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance, budgeting, grants administration or operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, good coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Independent worker with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
