Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations at our Woodlands location.

You will ensure timely monthly closings, supervise a team of accounting staff, and report on financial performance to the CFO. Responsibilities include full set of accounting tasks, journal entries review, cash flow forecasting, internal control improvements, and coordinating external audits.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification is a plus.
• Min 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience (Manufacturing sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience in full set of accounts.
• Knowledge in the application of Financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records to meet monthly closing targets.
• Supervise financial operations and a team of accounting staff.
• Review, analyze and report on financial results.
• Handle full set of accounting and finance responsibilities.
• Review journal entries, AR/AP aging and stock aging.
• Perform cash flow forecasting.
• Facilitate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assess and improve internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines and accounting standards.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from reporting Manager or CFO.

Education

Diploma in Accounting

ACCA or CPA qualification (a plus)
