ESCO Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced finance professional to lead group reporting and consolidation. The role focuses on IFRS technical accounting, intercompany reconciliation, and multi-entity consolidation across currencies, with strong emphasis on process improvement and data quality.

You will drive close processes, management reporting, and liaise with auditors, leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel to automate and standardize reporting across the group.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent.
• Approximately 7–10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including roles at Finance Manager level.
• Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Hands-on consolidation experience, preferably with multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Experience reviewing balance sheets, intercompany balances and consolidation adjustments.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large financial datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes rather than simply operate existing processes.
• Experience in a regional or multi-country finance environment.
• Prior audit experience or exposure to external auditors.
• Exposure to ERP/accounting systems and consolidation/reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or finance reporting automation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent.

• Approximately 7–10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including experience at Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or equivalent level.

• Strong financial reporting and month-end closing experience.

• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.

• Hands-on consolidation experience, preferably involving multiple legal entities and currencies.

• Experience reviewing balance sheets, intercompany balances and consolidation adjustments.

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large financial datasets.

• Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes rather than simply operate existing processes.

Preferred

• Experience in a regional or multi-country finance environment.

• Prior audit experience or experience working closely with external auditors.

• Exposure to ERP/accounting systems and consolidation/reporting tools.
