Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with ISCA membership is required.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including audit, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Lead the finance function and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making.


• Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and drive system enhancements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.


• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities, on finance-related matters.


• Guide and develop the finance team while supporting corporate initiatives, business projects, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant certification with ISCA membership.


• At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including audit experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position.


• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.


• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
