Job summary

Recruit Expert in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee daily accounting, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions.

You will strengthen internal controls, enhance processes, and implement system improvements while mentoring the finance team and coordinating with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and authorities on finance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with ISCA membership.
• Minimum 5 years finance and accounting experience including audit.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.

• Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and drive system enhancements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant certification with ISCA membership.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including audit experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $5,500 to $7,000
