Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Head of Finance to lead the entire finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust governance, and strong business performance.

You will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while partnering with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also oversees statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls, and mentors a high-performance finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• ISCA Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven experience leading the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, planning, budgeting, treasury, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance practices.
• Experience leading finance teams with the ability to coach, develop, and influence stakeholders across the business.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities with strong business acumen.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.

Salary: Basic up to 9,000 + 2 months Bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

Location: West (Near MRT)
