Job summary

OxPay SG Pte Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting for the group.

You will oversee budgeting, management reporting, SGX disclosures, and tax filings, while coordinating audits and regulatory compliance across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA/Accounting qualification related certificates are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Good knowledge of tax legislation.
• Knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Chief Finance Officer and supervise a group of accounts staff.
• Review and monitor the Group's financial performance against budget.
• Prepare / Review Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management/Board.
• Prepare SGX result announcements and annual report.
• Oversee daily operational matters in Finance.
• Review quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing for the Group.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.

We have an opportunity to invite qualified talent to join our exciting growth journey as Finance Manager. The person will be part of a team that have opportunities to work with others from South-East-Asia locations.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Chief Finance Officer and supervise a group of accounts staff.
• Review and monitor the Group's financial performance against budget.
• Prepare / Review Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management/Board.
• Prepare SGX result announcement and annual report.
• Actively involve in daily operational matters.
• Review of quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing for the Group.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements.
• Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each level of staff able to perform their tasks at an optimal level.
• Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.
• Review contractual documents and liaise with lawyers as and when required.
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs for time to time.
• Be the point of contact for the regulators, auditors, key management & Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA/Accounting qualification related certificates are preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation
• Good knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements is highly essential
• Cross-Functional Work Concept
• Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation
• Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as is the ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
• Hands on approach, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties
• Well versed in MS Excel and spreadsheet techniques with exceptional numerical proficiency and experienced in financial modelling
• Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver
• Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, independent and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
