TOMRA Collection Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function during a growth phase. You will partner with the MD and leadership to ensure governance, drive scalable processes, and build a high‑performing team locally and with regional stakeholders.

This role offers regional exposure across Asia, a chance to shape finance strategy, and to contribute to Singapore's circular economy initiatives through TOMRA's global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including financial reporting, business partnering, budgeting, and compliance.
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to local and regional finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and finance teams across different countries.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional Asian language capabilities are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOMRA Singapore finance operations and partner with the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, reporting, cash management, controls and compliance activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes for the Singapore business.
• Prepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory matters.
