Job summary

National University Health System invites a finance professional to support Tengah Health Campus development. You will partner with clinical, operational and project teams to deliver financial analysis, budgeting and strategic insights for a pioneering hospital in a forest setting.

Strong analytic capability, process design and hospital costing/pricing experience are essential. You will shape costing frameworks, implement finance processes and drive automated, data-driven decision making across

Qualifications

Possess a good degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance.
Experience in hospital operations, healthcare financing, costing, or pricing is advantageous.
Strong logical, analytical, and process flow skills.
Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into financial implications.
Excellent project management skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, nursing, allied health, pharmacy, operation and project teams in hospital planning activities with financial analysis.
Participate in workflow redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and financial sustainability.
Support budgeting for the new Hospital and manage operating and capital budgets.
Perform financial assessments of capex investments, equipment purchases, and contracts.
Develop and implement finance processes, policies, and governance for the hospital.
Drive finance systems design, automation, and business partnering with stakeholders.
