Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic undergraduate student to support the institutional sales team with client data management and engagement deliverables. You will organize client plans, assist with presentations, and manage distribution lists and investment strategy materials.

This role offers exposure to investment strategies, client service collaborations, and campaign support within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Business Management, Finance, Investment or related program.
• Strong interest in Finance.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills and numeracy.
• Data management skills are a big plus.
• Able to work full-time from late August/early September through December 2026 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client data management and clean up historical data within the sales automation system
• Organize client plans and tabulate key milestones and dates for client engagement deliverables
• Work with sales and client service teams on presentations, client and training agendas/content via investment specialists and portfolio managers
• Create and maintain distribution lists for various strategy interests
• Identify and highlight investment strategy papers/interests to showcase to prospects
• Support campaigns and events organized by the institutional team
