Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. offers a full-time accounting internship from August 2026 for 5/6 months. The intern will assist the Finance team with general accounting tasks, AR/AP management, and bank reconciliation, gaining hands-on exposure to budgeting and financial analysis.

Ideal candidates study Accountancy/Finance/Economics and demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and a keen willingness to learn in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Accountancy/Finance/Economics or related major.
• Strong verbal and written communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Respect confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting support
• Assist in Accounts Receivable/Payables management
• Assist in bank reconciliation, fixed assets accounting
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis pack for management
• Support the annual budgeting process
• Assist in statistical analysis and other special projects
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
• Any other ad-hoc duties
