Job summary

co11ab, Singapore's biomedtech incubator, is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager to lead finance, corporate administration and governance functions, reporting to the Deputy Director. The role requires a highly independent, resourceful, hands-on professional who can drive improvements with minimal supervision in a lean startup environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate services, finance operations, or administration.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with startups, healthcare, or higher education sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Independent and self-directed with ability to work in a lean startup environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, and related processes.
• Coordinate year-end financial activities and audits.
• Manage corporate administration, governance processes, contracts, approvals, records and internal controls.
• Support management with financial information for governance bodies and funders.
• Oversee procurement administration and service providers.
• Maintain dashboards and SOPs to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Develop scalable processes as programmes grow.
