Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role includes performing financial analysis to guide management decisions and preparing business cases and financial models for presentations.

You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure timely reporting, and assist in process improvements to boost the efficiency of financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts/finance functions.
• Proficient in preparing financial reports and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform financial analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis, to support business decisions
• Assist in preparing business cases, financial models, and presentations for management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance
• Work with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial planning and analysis
• Maintain financial databases and reporting systems
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
