Acestes Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a proactive Finance & HR Executive to support our finance, payroll and HR operations. You will manage accounts, payroll processing, employment contracts and HR documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial and people processes.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Finance & HR Executive to support our finance, payroll, and human resource operations.
Maintain the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
Process supplier invoices and customer billings.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare GST submissions and assist with statutory reporting.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries during audit and financial reporting exercises.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately and on time.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reports.
Coordinate insurance renewals, licences and corporate filings where required.
Support government grant applications and submissions.
Identify opportunities to improve finance and administrative processes.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resource or a related discipline.
Familiar with full set of accounts and payroll processing.
Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF and MOM regulations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
