HAPPINESS SUNBO F&B PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Accounts & Administration Supervisor to oversee accounting, payroll, HR administration and office operations.
You will work with management to ensure accurate financial records, timely payroll, compliant HR documentation and smooth day-to-day administrative processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and teamwork. The role follows a 5.5/6-day work week and is based in Singapore.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts & Administration Supervisor to oversee the company’s accounting, payroll, human resources administration, office administration and day-to-day operational support functions.The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, proper employee documentation and smooth administrative and operational processes.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process invoices, payments, receipts and supporting documents.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and transaction verification.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
Prepare financial and operational reports for management review.
Monitor expenses, operating costs and outstanding payments.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, banks and external parties on accounting-related matters.
Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring and financial analysis.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and other professional service providers when required.
Manage monthly payroll preparation and verification.
Maintain accurate employee salary and payroll records.
Handle CPF-related payroll administration and statutory submissions.
Maintain employee personal records and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave and related records.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.
Prepare employment-related documents and maintain proper staff files.
Coordinate work pass and employment-related administrative matters where required.
Assist management with employee-related administrative matters.
Manage general office and administrative functions.
Maintain proper filing systems and company records.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment and administrative purchases.
Liaise with suppliers, service providers and contractors.
Handle correspondence, documentation and administrative follow-ups.
Ensure administrative procedures and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Support management in coordinating day-to-day business operations.
Coordinate with outlet and operational staff on administrative matters.
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and manpower-related coordination.
Monitor operational documentation and reporting.
Assist in monitoring operating costs and administrative expenses.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise and guide administrative and accounts-related processes where required.
Maintain proper documentation for statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
Assist management with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other relevant administrative matters.
Ensure confidential employee and financial information is handled appropriately.
Prepare reports and information requested by management.
Perform other relevant accounting, HR, administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in accounting, payroll, HR administration and general administration.
Experience in handling multiple administrative and accounting functions independently.
Familiarity with payroll processing, CPF administration and Singapore employment-related requirements.
Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial documentation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/payroll software.
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience will be an advantage.

5.5 / 6-day work week, depending on operational requirements
