Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive in Singapore. Responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including GST preparation and month-end closing. Candidates should have a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy and at least 2 years of accounting experience. This role offers a salary range of $2800 to $3500, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary : $2800 to $3500 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
