Job summary

Eastern General Hospital Planning Office in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior/Associate Executive in Finance to prepare financials, management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and to oversee day-to-day financial operations. You will identify process improvements and support decision making with robust financial analysis.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting with at least four years' healthcare experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent teamwork and communication to collaborate

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and 4+ years of related healthcare finance experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong teamwork, planning, and communication skills to engage stakeholders in a fluid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials including management accounts and monthly/annual reports.
• Handle day-to-day financial operations: purchases and claims.
• Assist in budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis and workflow improvements.
• Prepare and monitor claims to government agencies and ensure liquidity.
• Provide secretariat support for the department and participate in UAT.
