Job summary

Far East Organization is seeking an accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. You will prepare month-end journal entries, manage intercompany billings and reconciliations, and support audit schedules and disclosures to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements include a Degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably with a Big 4 audit firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS(I).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals and closing adjustments.
  • Manage intercompany billings and reconciliations.
  • Review balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations.
  • Support quarterly IPT reporting and related disclosures.
  • Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by management.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by management.
