Job summary

Far East Organization is seeking a Tax Specialist to provide tax support for the group, covering Singapore and overseas operations. You will prepare income tax provisions, tax computations and returns, and manage GST filings while coordinating with overseas tax agents.

The role requires a degree in accounting, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and strong attention to detail with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax provisions, tax computations and tax returns.
• Prepare GST worksheet and GST tax returns
• Verify tax assessments and lodge objection where required
• Attend to tax queries from IRAS
• Liaising with overseas tax agents on the tax matters
• Any other tax compliance matters and ad-hoc assignments as required

• Prepare income tax provisions, tax computations and tax returns;
• Prepare GST worksheet and GST tax returns
• Verify tax assessments and lodge objection where required
• Attend to tax queries from IRAS
• Liaising with overseas tax agents on the tax matters
• Any other tax compliance matters and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in tax is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
