Job summary

KLN Logistics Centre (Tampines) PTE. LTD. invites a detail-oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our team. You will manage weekly invoicing interfaces, reconcile with our financial system, and ensure timely statements are sent to clients.

The role requires a diploma or ACCA, at least five years in credit control, and strong knowledge of Sun Accounting, Vision, and WMS. You will monitor credit limits, collect overdue payments, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit control.
• Proficient in Sun Accounting, Vision & WMS.
• Strong internal controls and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interface weekly tax invoices into the financial system and reconcile with the Operating system.
• Generate and send statements of accounts to clients.
• Handle client disputes and resolve short payments/non-payment disputes.
• Monitor credit limits and reporting of delinquent accounts timely.
• Promptly collect outstanding debts and monitor customer payments.
• Prepare monthly debtors aging reports.
• Issue non-trade debit notes (intercompany & tenants).
• Prepare weekly AR summary and coordinate with business team.
• Assist with sales incentives.
• Manage petty cash.
• Perform banking functions and collection forecast.
• Stay updated with relevant regulations and policies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Ensure weekly interface of tax invoices into financial system and reconcile to Operating system
• Generate and send Statement of accounts to cilents
• Attend and handle of client’s disputes, resolve short payments/non-payment disputes
• Conduct customer review, monitor credit limits and reporting of delinquent accounts timely
• Responsible for prompt collection for all outstanding debts and monitor customer payments
• Preparation of monthly debtors aging reports
• Issuance of non-trade debit note (intercompany & tenants)
• Prepare weekly AR summary, attend periodic collection meeting and coordinate closely with business/commercial team
• Prepare sales incentives
• Manage petty cash
• Perform banking function and collection forecast
• Keep up to date with relevant external and internal regulations and policies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting orACCA
• 5 years relevant experience in Credit Control
• System knowledge on Sun Accounting, Vision & WMS
• Ability to interact and establish effective relationships at all levels
• Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards.
• Strong sense of internal control and keen eye for details / process improvements.
