Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for multiple companies, ensure GST compliance, and support budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

This role offers a structured 8.30AM-5.30PM, Monday to Friday schedule, walking distance from Mattar MRT, AWS plus a variable bonus, and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in handling full sets of accounts or in a similar role.
• Familiar with MYOB system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple companies.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor cash positions.
• Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.
• Assist with year-end audits and tax computations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Prepare financing and banking documents.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting, reporting, and statutory requirements.
