Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable finance professional to support accounting, forecasting and financial reporting within a multinational environment.

You will manage journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly S&A analyses while monitoring expenses and KPIs. The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or a recognized professional accounting qualification / finalist.
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
• External or internal audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Controller in accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and overall business control activities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile key Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepare and analyse monthly S&A reports for management and department heads.
• Monitor S&A expenses, identify variances and provide corrective recommendations.
• Support annual budget and forecasts, including KPI reports.
• Develop and monitor S&A forecasts against targets, highlight risks and opportunities.
• Conduct credit assessments for customers, including terms and limits analysis.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and delinquency risks with follow-up actions.
• Support credit control measures and internal controls alignment with policies.
• Coordinate audits, liaise with auditors and control teams, and manage audit queries.
• Participate in financial system implementation and cross-team coordination.
• Support finance/admin matters for COE bidding, insurance and expenses review.
• Review overtime, transport claims and mobile/other expenses for anomalies.
• Oversee general admin such as stationery, pantry procurement and staff welfare.
