Conduct regular, in-depth client review meetings to assess changing financial situations, life events, and risk appetites.
Deliver exceptional client service by anticipating needs and providing timely, clear communication on market trends and portfolio performance.
Conduct comprehensive fact-finding sessions to understand clients’ short- and long-term financial objectives (e.g., retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and tax efficiency).
Analyze clients’ current financial positions, cash flow, and existing insurance coverage to identify gaps and opportunities.
Develop and present customized financial plans that strategically integrate bothinvestment portfoliosandinsurance protection(e.g., life, health, disability, and annuity products) to create a balanced, risk-managed strategy.
Recommend suitable investment vehicles (mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, structured products, and equities) based on client risk profiles and market conditions.
Advise on appropriate insurance solutions to protect clients’ wealth and income against unforeseen circumstances.
Stay current on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide cutting-edge advice.
Clearly explain complex financial products, fees, risks, and contractual terms to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets for both investment assets under management (AUM) and insurance premiums.
Collaborate with internal product specialists, portfolio managers, and legal/compliance teams to structure tailored solutions for complex client needs.
Participate in marketing events, seminars, and roadshows to generate leads and enhance the firm's brand presence.
Ensure all client onboarding, suitability assessments, and transactions strictly adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, SEC, or local financial authority guidelines).
Maintain accurate and thorough client records, including Know-Your-Client (KYC), risk profiling, and suitability reports.
Complete all post-sale service requests accurately, including policy changes, fund switches, and withdrawal applications.
