Job summary

CARINGSG LIMITED is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant Manager in Singapore to lead statutory, regulatory, financial and management reporting while guiding financial planning for sustainable community caregiving services.

You will drive budgeting, grant management and ensure adherence to Charity Accounting Standards, reporting to the Head Corporate Services and collaborating with the Board.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA with 7–10 years in Finance.
• Degree in Accounting or Business Management.
• Experience in the charity sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for cost control.
• Improve financial analyses to support decision making.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and remediation actions.
• Oversee Charities Accounting Standards reporting.
