Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Site Finance team in Woodlands. You will consolidate forecasts, support budgeting, month-end close, and reporting while collaborating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in finance or accounting, with experience in planning and cost analysis, and is proficient in Excel; SAP experience is preferred and knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Knowledge of Knime is an advantage.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Alteryx will be an added advantage.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyse weekly financial forecasts, outlooks, and actual performance.
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end closing activities.
Prepare timely corporate financial submissions and operational reports.
Monitor cost control initiatives and financial performance metrics.
Support fixed asset accounting and product costing functions.
Participate in annual physical inventory exercises.
Perform data analysis, correlation studies, and financial reporting.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support departmental projects and team activities as required.
