Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Analyst in Singapore to support expense management and accounts payable in a leading financial services setting. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, claims handling, and policy compliance.

The analyst will reconcile transactions, perform IAO substantiation and nostro ageing analyses, and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, staff claims processing, and/or nostro reconciliation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; VBA/SQL/Python or data tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and promptly.
• Administer GST and withholding tax accounting for accounts payable.
• Reconcile transactions by verifying entries and system reports.
• Perform monthly IAO substantiation and nostro ageing reconciliations.
• Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Support ad hoc finance-related assignments as required.
