Job Description
- Financial Management & Strategy
- Lead the business unit's or key account's financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement credit risk assessment models to evaluate counterparty risks to safeguard project health.
- Provide pre-sales financial solutions for business units, ensuring alignment with business objectives; drive effective cost optimization measures, directly contributing to the achievement of project profit targets.
- Credit & Risk Analysis & Financial Support
- Design and optimize credit processes to enhance risk management efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth financial risk analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor the business unit/ key account's financial health and recommend mitigation strategies.
- In charge of the full lifecycle of business/ KPI management, collaborate with regional/HQ and local teams to ensure financial compliance and support business growth.
- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.
- Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and financial best practices.
- Continuously improve financial processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Deploy and implement the digital transformation finance AI solutions, utilized visualization tools and analyzed dashboard metric, to ensure operational visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience for finance management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and credit risk analysis within the ICT industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Financial Controller, responsible for operations and management tasks such as project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for network integration or merging projects.
- Skills required: familiar with Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer and Oracle.
- Knowledge of international trade, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; familiarity with visual analytics tools would be an added advantage.
- Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new knowledge.
- The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
