Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Engineering, Finance preference.
• Experience in major corporate institution preferred.
• Ability to build financial models, assess risks and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to identification and origination of new business opportunities and marketing materials.
• Build financial models including scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Review transactional documents such as information memoranda and finance documents.
• Provide day-to-day transaction support across the deal process, including due diligence and risk assessment.
