Responsibilities

• Managing financial documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate finance records, filing, and transaction receipts to ensure full readiness for compliance and audit requirements.
• Supporting data administration: Execute precise data entry and validation for invoices, credit notes, and master data updates within SAP and our core finance systems.
• Tracking accounts receivable: Support the monitoring of aging accounts, assist with customer account reconciliation, and track payment disputes to help optimize cash collection.
• Compiling financial reports: Extract data to prepare monthly sales and collection reports, while helping update Power BI dashboards and Excel files.
• Analyzing financial data: Perform basic data analysis to identify financial discrepancies, variances, and errors in operational reports.
• Collaborating across functions: Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and internal finance teams to resolve billing queries and coordinate key operational tasks like rebate documentation.

Qualities
