Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to handle revenue and cost accounting, payable processing, and monthly management reports. You will prepare journals and assist with audit schedules to support monthly closures.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Accounting (or ACCA) and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP B1 and MS Office is required. Workdays are five per week, 9am–6pm, at Aljunied Industrial Complex.

Responsibilities

• Perform revenue and cost accounting, payable processing and monthly management reports.
• Prepare required journal entries to facilitate monthly accounting closure.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST return.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for weekly reporting & meetings.
• Carry out month end and year end closing activities.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
