Job summary

Tencent Finance invites a Financial Accounting and Analysis Intern to join our Singapore team. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end accounting processes across General Ledger, AP, AR and Finance Operations, contributing to accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced tech environment.

We seek students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy, fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency for regional coordination.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
Full-time internship commitment for 4–6 months starting Nov 2026 or Jan 2027.
Ability to apply accounting knowledge to practical scenarios.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent English; Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) with timely entries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Verify, process, and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and vendor payments.
Support Accounts Receivable (AR) activities including invoicing and overdue tracking.
Collaborate with Finance Operations teams to improve processes and support audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
