Job summary

NACBA seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead IFRS-compliant statutory financial statement preparation for APAC entities, based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

You will partner with Big 4 auditors, manage PBC schedules and audit timelines, and perform month-end reconciliations and P&L analytics.

This role requires strong IFRS knowledge, Oracle ERP, Workiva, advanced Excel, and excellent English communications across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or audit; Big 4 background advantageous.
• Deep IFRS knowledge.
• ERP (Oracle preferred), Workiva, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
• Excellent English communication, highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with distributed teams under tight deadlines.

Lead the preparation and finalization of IFRS-compliant statutory audited financial statements for APAC entities.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft statutory financial statements under IFRS.
2. Act as primary liaison with Big 4 external auditors-manage PBC schedules, queries, and the full audit timeline.
3. Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, cash book verifications, and P&L analytics.
4. Reconcile complex multi-entity intercompany ledgers and resolve transfer pricing discrepancies.
5. Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely month-end adjustments, accruals, and ledger closures.

Requirements:
